Tadcaster and Selby District Flood Grant Scheme
Following the flooding that hit Tadcaster, North Yorkshire in February Two Ridings Community Foundation will be making financial awards to households and small businesses affected by the floods.
Households
Two Ridings are asking anyone whose main place of residence was flooded to get in touch with us so that we can help. We will use the local authority list of areas and streets flooded to ascertain which properties were affected and householders will need to show proof of residence.
All individuals will receive £500 where water entered their property. Please complete the form below and email it to [email protected]
Businesses
The generous donation from Selby District Council means we are also in a position to support businesses that were flooded. We can provide support for loss of tools or equipment, personal hardship due to loss of income, repairs, clean up costs, restoration which builds future resilience. This list is not exhaustive and we would strongly encourage people to get in touch to discuss their circumstance and how we may be able to support them.
We are also able to provide support to businesses of multiple occupancy – we recognise that you may not have directly been flooded but have had limited access to your business. We would recommend you call us to speak about the impact and we can best support you in completing a form.
