HEY Confident Futures Leadership Network
HEY Confident Futures is a free network for leaders in the voluntary and cultural sector in Hull and East Yorkshire.
It brings together a network of people at all stages of leadership; those who are emerging and developing as well as the experienced and well established senior leaders.
The network connects leaders, encouraging collaboration through online and face-to-face events, shared resources and news from members and the sector, enabling both individuals and organisations to develop, grow and collaborate.
HEY Confident Futures is all about creating generous leaders, leaders who are empowered to effect change both within their organisation and in the wider sector, breaking down barriers and enabling them to be more confident in their leadership.
The network adapts and changes to meet the needs of its members and people can dip in and out as their workload allows, to make the connections needed to support their leadership journey.
