East Riding Crime Reduction Fund
The East Riding Crime Reduction Fund has been established by the East Riding Community Safety Partnership, with funding provided by the Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner and aims to provide grants for projects that will provide sustainable solutions to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Projects must help to meet at least one of the three aims in the Police & Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime plan:
- To deliver increasingly self-sustaining and safe communities in the Humber area
- To build public confidence in the agencies involved in creating safer communities
- To provide services to victims and the vulnerable that meet their needs.
Size of grants
Grants are available of up to £10,000
Who can apply?

In addition parish councils can apply provided that the proposed project is wholly charitable and falls outside of their usual remit.

Applications are only considered complete when all supporting documentation has been received either attached to the online application or posted or emailed to the office.
When to apply?
The fund is open now and the following deadline dates apply (if your application misses the first deadline it will go forward into the next round)
Deadline 17th May 21 for decisions by end of June 21 *Deadline extended to 24th May 21*
Due to recent changes to the Police & Crime Commissioner in Humberside, we will be suspending the East Riding Crime Reduction Fund pending confirmation of a revised Police & Crime plan.
