Our board of trustees
Two Ridings Community Foundation is governed by a board of trustees made up of experienced leaders and community advocates from the Yorkshire business, public and charitable sectors and with close links to the region’s High Sheriffs.
Richard Frith
CHAIR of Trustees
Richard is the former Bishop of Hereford and before that was the Bishop of Hull. He now lives in York and is passionate about community cohesion and making a difference in the region.

A former High Sheriff of North Yorkshire, Venetia is currently a Trustee of Racing Welfare and a Governor of the Dales School.
Chris Legard DL

Chris is the current Vice Lord-Lieutenant of North Yorkshire and a former High Sheriff of the county.
Peter Oluotch

Peter is the Chief Officer of Humber Community Advice Services (H-CAS), a Hull-based charity which he co-founded over 9 years ago. The charity supports Black and Minority Ethnic Communities in Hull and the surrounding areas.

Deborah Rosenberg

Deborah is a retired businesswoman who ran an independent family retail business in Hull. She is also the ex-High Sheriff of the East Riding of Yorkshire
Katherine Blaker

Katherine is a community worker at the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust. As a previous grant recipient for various community organisations, Katherine hopes to ensure Two Ridings adapts alongside the needs of the community organisations it serves.
Victoria Savile
Trustee
Victoria was a legal adviser for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and is currently a governor of Aysgarth school.
Kathy Gargan
Trustee
Kathy is a retired Operations Director, following a career at PwC, a global professional services firm. Kathy has lived in North Yorkshire for over 35 years and is keen to make a positive difference to the many communities locally.
