The Local Fund for Harrogate District
THE LOCAL FUND for the Harrogate District is an innovative approach to creating a local, long term, sustainable fund to support charitable activity in the Harrogate district.
THE LOCAL FUND was launched in January 2018 at an event to drum up interest in supporting the fund, and the first funding round was opened in April and closed in early June 2018. The first awards of grants was announced in July 2018.
On 5th February 2019 we held an event to celebrate the first year of the fund. The film above was shown at this event to highlight the impact of the fund.
